Federica Marchionni is the CEO of Global Fashion Agenda (GFA), the leading forum for sustainability in fashion. GFA runs the foremost business event on sustainability in fashion, the Copenhagen Fashion Summit.

Previously, she served as the Secoo International C.E.O. and C.S.O. of Secoo Group, where she led operations further strengthening the positioning of Secoo in China as an iconic multiplatform and boosting its international expansion.

Ms. Marchionni is recognized as a visionary business leader with a broad global experience in a variety of industries, geographies and channel, who is passionate about people, customers and results. With 20+ years of experience of leading global operations in a multitude of industries, both public and private, online and offline in online, she possesses an entrepreneurial, innovative, yet pragmatic approach to start, grow, expand and transform businesses, building world-class organizations and delighting customer experiences.

Ms. Marchionni started her career in the telecommunications industry, working for global players such as Samsung, Phillips Consumer Communications and Ericsson, with progressive leadership roles in marketing & sales. Before moving to the United States, she was the Chief of Brand business unit at Ferrari, where she developed strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives. As a Global Group Executive at Dolce&Gabbana in Milan HQ, then President of Dolce&Gabbana USA Inc., Ms. Marchionni greatly contributed to the company’s worldwide success by building, expanding and exploiting the business in different markets, channels and categories.

In her most recent role, as the C.E.O. and a Board Director at Lands’ End, Ms. Marchionni spearheaded efforts to transform a legacy company. She introduced innovation at all levels to improve competitiveness and defined a new structure to heighten efficiencies and support future expansion.

Graduated summa cum laude from La Sapienza University in Rome with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Ms. Marchionni was also a guest speaker at high-caliber conferences and top academic institutions including Harvard University,  Stanford University, and the Milken Institute and Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit. She is strongly committed to CSR efforts.
